What was supposed to be an short, easy hike to Hidden Falls turned into a messy affair. Part of the trail was closed by the park rangers and there was a detour. I think the detour was further than the rest of the entire trail. Before I could get to the falls, a freezing rain had started to fall. Part of the trail was covered in snow, and the rest was extremely muddy & slippery.
